Knack Ardour is a Talent and Business Management Company founded by Aayush Verma (Young Author and Entrepreneur) in 2017. Knack Ardour deals with providing Talent Support to creativity around us through the talent competitions. It supports all the Business Services and needs through its business management Services.
Knack Ardour also provides support to Authors for publishing their books and creating their online portfolio.
The journey of Knack Ardour started with the problems faced by Aayush on publishing his first book named as “Student Life”. Back in the year 2015, when Aayush finished writing his first novel, just like other curious first time Authors, he also sent his novel for publishing to more than Fifty publishers from India and Abroad.
After months of his submission of the novel, some publishers rejected his novel saying that “It is not fit enough for us to publish it” whereas many publications praised the work of 15-Year-Old Author (then) but offered Partnered Publishing. With this, although they agreed to offer traditional publishing, there was no timeline or deadline when the book will be published
The proposed amount of partnership was too high for the youngster to manage as he was a 10th class student from an average class family.
After a lot of struggle and patience, a publisher finally agreed to publish his book on the basis of the talent. But unfortunately, after months of submission and dreaming of the book to be live in the market, Aayush came to know that the publication was closed down because it could not survive in the market competition.
Thus, too many rejections and waiting made him more experienced in the field of publishing and printing. Using this, he moved forward with this own publication and then got his book published in the beginning of 2016. The publication didn’t just focus on publishing his own book but also helped new writers live their dreams by helping them publish via this platform.
Within the months, the publication went into a great loss because of the heavy charge involved in the distribution of the books. The distribution company was big and well settled in the business whereas the publication was a startup and so it was dominant over the publication.
Because of the challenges with the distribution network, lack of funding and the compensation demand asked by the authors and their expectations with the new company, Aayush had to halt working for his company. But he did not stop here.
As he was working for the fresh talents with his publication, he came out to support the young talents and this time he focussed not only the authors but also the other creative talents available. He started serving the two talents: writing and painting and soon Aayush will open the doors for more areas of creativity. He also supports authors with the publishing and book promotions through this Author Membership Plan.
As he is from the management background, so he also added “Business Management Services” in his umbrella of services which is the support services for the businesses to operate and run smoother. The business showed signs of revival but then Aayush had another obstacle in this journey.
Currently, he is in a break of 5 months for pursuing his career in the field of commerce and very soon the work for Knack Ardour will be re-started.
The closing of the publication was a painful experience for him. But Ayush plans to re-start his publication which is scheduled to happen in March 2018. Aayush Verma is one of the youngest author and entrepreneur of the country.
He started his writing career with Student Life (2015) and today he is the author of the three books and his fourth book is also coming soon.
His struggling journey starts from 15th May of 2015, when he was completely broken up with his life full of troubles.
Keeping this as the breakpoint, he then decided to write down a book related with the life of students in which he can focus on the problems faced by an ordinary student during the academics and the way to sort it out.
From that very day only, he started writing the book “Student Life” instead of writing short stories and children poem.
