Headquarted in Bhilai, Techment essentially is a team of coding specialists, digital designers, app and web developers, brainstormers and tech aficionados. The diverse team is leading the way for IT companies across India as well as across the Globe to setup operations in Chhattisgarh.
The Techment dream was envisioned by Manish Agrawal and Somesh Sharma. Manish an alumnus of IIT Bombay and Purdue University has been an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with over 15 years of professional experience handing diverse roles-responsibilities in varied fields like software, ecommerce, manufacturing and education. Somesh has worked in large corporates like Infosys, GE, Adecco, with 15 years of experience in recruitment, HR, learning & development and operations. He is passionate about building a system that will bridge the skill gap between IT Company and aspirants.
Manish tells us that they recently expanded operations to Bangalore as well. They have hired a team of 15 senior members with a minimum work experience of 10 years. This expansion has enabled the local Chhattisgarh team to garner necessary exposure in terms of expertise and culture.
Since inception they have worked towards nurturing the local talent of Chhattisgarh. They have encouraged and sponsored technology training and certification programs for their employees and provided opportunities to few of their employees to train in the US as well. They have been recruiting talent from the naxal affected areas of the state and providing them with equal opportunities.
