Leaders need to “walk the talk” – says Bhavna, and when leaders have a poor self-image and low self-esteem; they do not build successful teams. Self-esteem is tricky, its inside out and outside in! What that means is through coaching one work through emotions, strengths, and challenges. On the outside, through grooming and image management we build the personality and the appearance that makes us feel good about ourselves.
