Together, Arpit and Harshit had led the digital marketing department of a California based company where they worked with some well known international brands like Moffat & Nicol, United Colors of Benetton, Ephesoft, Panasonic, and George Foreman’s e-commerce venture, Gfbuthershop.
In January 2015, both of them banded together to lay the foundations of one of the most sought-after digital marketing institutes in Pune, NSDM India.
Believing that luck favors the bold, the two young MBA graduates set out to realize their dream. Like any other startup, the initial stages were tough for the young team. “At first, it was difficult to convince people, both students and employers, about why they need a well-structured course in digital marketing and how such a course at NSDM India will make a difference in their business,” says Harshit.
Soon, things changed and NSDM India found its first angel investor who believed in the duo’s dream and funded the venture. Things improved further as the first few batches of students trained at NSDM India conquered the digital marketing discipline in their chosen industries.
